Week-by-week, it becomes more-and-more clear: Life of Pi is on pace to be a major international hit. Ang Lee's adaptation of the best-selling novel earned $59.3 million from 64 markets this weekend, which is its highest tally so far. To date, it has earned $301 million, and strong holds suggest it could wind up close to $500 million(internationally) before the end of its run.

The story is pretty good but I found the movie boring and a few scenes reminded me of Avatar. I didn't like it tbh but it's success is pretty impressive
for the movie. It deserves it.
