I'd go to sleep around 2 or 3 in the morning, wake right back up at 6 like every day.
It was amazing. I can't really do that anymore.
your body clock must be off, you should try and get in the habit of going to bed at the same time every night, either that or your stressed about something thats gonna happen the next day, or, your stressed about actually going to sleep, that you cant even sleep because of it.
It happened a LOT my junior year of high school. Now it usually happens the day before exams that I'm in college even though it went away my senior year of high school. I would also never get sleep before high stakes speech or debate meets.
i tried sleeping 3:00AM and still i woke up for school happily! maybe if you can't do having a plenty of sleep, you can just eat a lot or with coffee so you can't be asleep in school. But still you need to sleep at least 3 hours!
I had a 9 hour shift at work on Black Friday weekend and I had 2 hours sleep It was fine.. Unless you have some kind of problem your body won't just fall asleep during school. If you don't sleep well tonight your body will really feel it tomorrow so rest a lot!!!
