Metacritic and GameRankings disagree. I have all 3 and enjoy all three, but Far Cry 3 is easily the best.

No, each entry is a completely separate story as far as I'm aware. The first game was actually had a twist of sci-fi to it. The second game was more of a open-world FPS game, as far as I'm aware of. Far Cry 3 has much more of a role-playing aspect to it, with EXP, skills, crafting.. it's great. It has mind**** moments, Michael Bay explosion moments, HOLY **** A SHARK moments, what-kinda-Katniss-Everdeen-teas-did-I-just-pull moments (yes, I feel like Katniss Everdeen in this game at times, not gonna lie). If you like open-world games, shooters, or wish to experience the most amazing villain of all-time, Vaas Montenegro (who will be in my avi soon enough), then get this game.

Easily the best game of 2012. I can think of few times I've just instantly stanned for a game this hard (Halo 3, Call Of Duty 4, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, etc.)

I've watched 24 10min+ episodes of a guy playing this on Youtube and I don't even want to buy it. The guy himself just makes it entertaining.


You better get Anarchy Reigns girl, comes out next week.

I tried the demo, was fun but I'd get so sick of it really quickly.

I know but like even if I could undo what I know I wouldn't buy it.

And bye a demo is a demo, real game has tonnes more modes, characters, maps, etc.
