Duh. I have something to do at 12 PM tomorrow and sleep isn't in my sight right now

Last time I got so tired I practically fell asleep in the room and literally could barely hold my head up. I need to stop and go to bed at a normal time. The best thing to do is force a new sleep schedule. Just lay in bed the entire time you want to be sleeping and don't go on your computer or anything. Even if you don't get any sleep, you'll be tired the rest of the day. Don't take any naps and by the time the bedtime you want comes around again you'll be exhausted and pass right out.
