Finnish charts are based mainly on streaming. You tried though

'Scream & Shout' in the UK:
1 2 74,765 (74,765)
2 3 88,400 (163,165)
3 2 115,896 (279,061)
1,198,660 from those two countries alone, and we aren't even counting Germany (#1 in Itunes) or France(#1 too), but as the poster above told you the Finish chart is more about streaming than selling.

I know that, I'm not really trying to underestimate "Scream & Shout" global power. What makes me angry is that everybody overpraises this achievement just because it's Britney. If it was another artist (less notorious than Britney), a lot of people would be like... "Oh, really? Finland is just a small music market. No one cares."
