It's been pretty well known in certain circles that he smokes weed all the time every day, so I'm surprised that there haven't been any pictures sooner. I know the paparazzi have been trying to get them for awhile, though.

the issue isnt with Justin smoking weed, who cares, its weed, the media and most people are coming after him because his team denies things SO HARD. Scooter's always tweeting about the lies people are saying about 'the kid'. That pap that died was going around saying he's seen justin smoking and jb's team tried to make him and other look like liars so of course when TMZ gets a pic they're posting it to prove everything.

If someone was like "I saw justin smoking weed" and he came out and was like "yeah I did, it was a lapse in judgement im sorry" or some BS nobody would care.
