I am, but that's a racial thing. It's difficult for a white person to get nominated in the R&B categories. Can't Hold Us Down is even more urban, and it got nominated in the same category the next year.
Then you have some R&B artists like Beyonce getting R&B nominations for a mostly pop album like I Am Sasha Fierce
Same with a song like Rehab, which if a sung by a black woman, would have been nominated in the R&B categories
