I have a hard time getting to sleep when it's dark out, but as soon as the sun comes up I'm good I don't know if that qualifies. I rarely sleep at night anymore
Not directly, but I keep having anxiety attacks which when I'm having them I believe I'm going to die (usually of a heart attack or a stroke) when really all the symptoms are just from the anxiety. I won't sleep for ages afterwards because I think I'll die in my sleep. It's weird because I know it's not real now but when it happens there's no convincing me.

Yes, it's why I stay feeling like ****. It takes me forever to fall asleep. I wake up multiple times. I have horrifying lucid dreams if I end up sleeping on my back. If I try to sleep earlier I wake up earlier.
