Rihanna is actually getting better and her live voice is better than Katy's. I went to see her during Loud tour, I had a great time surprisingly. She is a terrible dancer but the vocals were actually on point. By her standards at least.
Britney shows are always on point. Even though the CD tracks play for the entire show, the production, staging, & dance is entertaining. You will never be bored even if she is. Katy and Ke$ha are the worst live
The funny thing about this thread is that 99% of people who actually go to a Katy Perry show are surprised about how great it is, I've seen plenty of fans of other artists saying it was one of the best shows they went to, hugely due to the atmosphere and Katys crowd interactions. (Though those were from a bunch of people who don't act like every single thing in music is a massive competition that must be won, so I'd probably not expect the same from here.)
Plus, she sounds amazing in concert. For people to actually think going to her show would result in you hearing bad singing has clearly never been to a concert. (Or, if they have, the person had a dodgy microphone or wasn't attempting to sing in tune at all.) It's practically impossible to be bothered by the musicians vocals when you're in the middle of a crowd jumping around and singing along.
So, for that reason I'm not voting. It'd be stupid to judge a tour I haven't seen, and Katys is the only one on this list that I have seen.
