She let Justin Hawkins from The Darkness hear something though, he said on Twitter. I don't see why she would let him hear it and not her close friends.
They wouldn't compromise security by letting anyone hear the new music unless Gaga was there playing it from her own laptop/whatever. Even at listening parties much closer to release, that is the format.
Klein probably hasn't spent much personal non-FAME related time with Gaga this year in order to hear the new material...and if he isn't directing the lead singles video, there isn't much reason for him to have.
I'm interested in whether Jonas heard the lead single back in July and his been working on the treatment with Gaga since.

Lady Starlight and Tara have heard new music. Only a few people out of the Haus have heard anything like fans backstage and stuff thats about it. Steven will more than likely at least get a listen too.
