To be completely honest, I don't want 'Artpop' to be released yet.
I just don't care and Lady Gaga is my favourite pop artist.
I loved 'Born This Way' and Gaga paid dust to it considering its quality. I still fantasize, and pretty much completed in my mind different and much better, finished videos for 'Marry The Night', 'Born This Way', 'Judas', 'The Edge Of Glory' and 'Yoü And I' also new videos for 'Heavy Metal Lover', 'Bloody Mary', 'Government Hooker', 'Americano', 'Hair', 'Scheiße', 'Bad Kids', even 'Black Jesus † Amen Fashion'.
I mean, people don't respect 'Born This Way' and I hate that, it's such a great album that needed masterpiece videos with the best director possible, not Gaga trying to play the multitalented role. She just made OK videos not matching and pretty much alienating the quality of the songs.
I would like her, and I know this will never happen, to get her cash she's making from the perfume, tour and other stuff to instead of wasting it with a new car and fur, invest into making smoking hot videos to the album she paid dust and releasing them to her YouTube VEVO, with an I-tunes link, some of them could become unexpected hits and boost 'Born This Way' already dead sales.
I'm not saying that she didn't try to serve a great era, I'm saying she was extremely risky with the promotion and the album underperformed.
This promo would be called: 'The Road To Artpop' where she releases a monthly video from 'Born This Way' songs, after the first video, she could re-release 'Born This Way' only changing that ugly cover and putting instead something truly original that represents 'Born This Way' for every future copies, what kind of freedom does being a motorcycle represent?
She would finally release the lead single for 'Artpop' at the end of the year after the monthly videos from January to December and releasing the album in January/February 2014 (Not in May like 'Born This Way').
To not terribly upset her fans for the delay, she could do it like Green Day's '¡Uno!', '¡Dos!' and '¡Tré!', only with Gaga at her max writing quality. So we would get 3 albums in 2014. I think 'Artpop' is already an album with double volume release?
It could also give 'Blueprint' (I, II and III) teas without losing so much time and reputation as Nicki Minaj is doing with the Pink Friday obsession she has to keep that name. It would be like 'Artpop Vol.1', 'Artpop Vol. 2' and 'Artpop Vol. 3, sounds so low-key but in the same time attention grabbing and classic-ready.

So guise, if the ARTPOP ball is as big as, or bigger than, the BTW Ball, Gaga will officially be the second biggest female touring act ever. 
The only reason we can't say she is now is because a) Celine Dion and b) Cher's lack of receipts for some of her major tours.

I was thinking, 'oh, these are some pretty cool ideas' until I read this.
In case you haven't noticed monsters are on the edge of a breakdown as it is, if she did waited that much to release the album so many people would go crazy and she would do more harm than good to ARTPOP.

She could always release the lead single, I don't know, a little earlier and release 'Artpop' in December 30th, 2013.

LOL, I listen to 'Born This Way' a lot, I can't help the images that come into my mind, it could always be a mix.
Edit: I'm talking about 'Black Jesus', 'Americano' is an underrated gem.

As much as I am queefing for new music, I partially agree with this. Maybe not the 2014 part or the re-release but the videos would be great.

I actually read that. She should just let BTW go. Why would she go back and release new videos? BTW era ended and let's just leave it in the past. It did fine considering the material and it only seems as an underperformance because she didn't manage to top TF(M). Who did actually except that she will? That was one of the biggest debutes in history of pop music. She is starting fresh and let's turn a new page. She said Interscope ****ed up her singles. ARTPOP material seems to be more commercial and she ain't directing her videos anymore. BTW is done, sis.
