Yeah. I think record labels have got it wrong about streaming decreasing sales. I think most of the people that stream probably never download songs anyway. If a song isn't on Spotify, most people will simply just choose not to listen it, or they'll listen to the cover/tribute versions on Spotify, or they'll illegally download the song and transfer the mp3 to their library.
So Taylor's label might be refusing to put her new singles up for streaming because they think it'll take away from sales. It might lose a few sales if it was up for streaming, but I think the benefit of having it streamed far out-weighs the disadvantages.
I wish Rihanna had her album up for streaming as well. Pour It Up and Loveeeeeee Song missed the Hot 100 because they weren't up for streaming.
