People here are so quick to judge, laugh and ridicule at things without even knowing.
ACTUALLY, that is a shot from the Les Miserables film. It's where Fontine (for those of you who dont know - which, clearly, are most of you) is at her lowest point of her life, extremely thin, cut off all her hair, and about to pass away, and sees her daughter Cosette in imagination.
It just astounds me how so many of you instantly jumped to conclusions and laughed at her first, rather than actually appreciating where the photo came from and what that scene is about.
