Adele is a rare thing that happens very infrequently. The Thriller of this time that happens to pick up everywhere for no reason and sell an unusually enormous amount of albums. There will not be another to accomplish the sales of 21 for a while; even the biggest artists today are unable to touch those numbers.

7 million albums is an incredibly impressive number in this day and only the most successful can break through it. It's the realistic threshold number for top-tier successes when it comes to album sales.

I voted for ARTPOP. Lady Gaga is still coming off a really successful era so i think she has a leg up. that, and her sound fits into the modern electronic dance era.

7million isn't bad at all, the only reason I said it was moderate was because not all of its singles were huge besides BTW.
