DEAD at people actually saying Katy wins this, just compare ANY ****ing Kelly performance you want to Katy's and Kelly will ALWAYS win, yes, Katy is more successful, but there is absolutely NO argument as to who has the better, more powerful, more techincal, more soulful, and all around better voice. The answer is Kelly Clarkson

If anything that tells you that Katy's voice isn't distinguishable from at least two other singers... because let's be honest... everyone thought Katy was the feature on STIUTK at first because it does sound like her. So does that mean she has a common sounding voice and can easily be replaced...?? Is that the point you are trying to make..?? Cause it's what I'm getting from this post

Can people read the poll question? Kelly is clearly the best vocalist out of all the current pop girls, but the poll doesn't ask that - it asks who has a bigger legacy, and the thing is, everyone talks about Katys live vocals a lot more than they do about Kellys. (Especially since Kelly is extremely underrated by the General public. She should be The Voice of The Generation, damnit!)
So, the answer to the question is technically Katy, for all the wrong reasons.

And LMFAOOOOOOOOO at people saying that more people heard Katy's voice then Kelly's. Kelly has toured A LOT more then Katy.
