And if you're a good businessman, and you know about promo, music, performing it's not as hard. You just have to be very SMART.

Doesn't really have anything to do with being "brave" because I'm giving the public my work, not my personal life. I'd give them that Beyoncé treatment.

Besides that, lots of actors and directors are quite private people. I plan on being a movie director, so I don't see how my coming out or not affects anyone other than myself. If I don't come out, I'm not any less brave to myself. I'm already a double minority, so I've dealt with all kinds of problems where being gay wasn't the main focus. Speaking of that, I probably wouldn't be as embraced by the gay community as other artists/actors just because of that. Doesn't make a difference either way to me.
