What do you think the next big trend in music will be?



2009 saw the rise of electropop/dance music with artists such as Lady Gaga, The Black Eyed Peas and Ke$ha spawning multi-platinum selling singles/albums.

2011 saw the rise of indie artists such as Adele and Gotye hitting #1 around the world with huge singles such as 'Someone Like You' and 'Somebody That I Used To Know.'

2012 saw the rise of artists such as Psy and The Lumineers scoring huge sales around the world with songs such as 'Gangnam Style' and 'Ho Hey.'

I think that the next big trend in music is pointing towards EDM music with artists such as Zedd gaining rapidly growing fan bases around the world. I also think that Trap music has the chance to be big this year.
