Its great for the price IMO.
I dont own one, but I've spent like a couple days with one and its pretty good. The shape
Lumia 710 is a good choice too. I doesnt run The latest version of Windows Phone, but really, it doesnt matter in this case IMO

No.
Nokia Lumia 920 is.
- Image Stabilization
- 8.7 Megapixel Pureview Camera that has been proven to be on top of the game by tech reviewers
- Dual Core processor
- NFC
-LTE
- Windows Phone 8 with 100,000 Apps (mostly free)
- Nokia Maps
- 2000 mAh battery
- Award winning design
- Pure Motion + Display
- 332 pixels per inch
- 4.5 inch display
-Wireless Charging
-Supersensitive touch screen (you can sue it with gloves, pins, anything, and you can disable it).
Free Nokia Music Streaming
Nokia has the BEST GPA system there is in the world. You can get 28MP pictures from 8MP lenses. It has Floating Lens which eliminates blur, smartshoot that enables you to erase unwanted objects in the picture and replace people's faces if they blinked etc. It also has the fastest mobile screen in the world. It is incredibly hardy, and there has been tests showing that it still works after being run over by a truck, hit by a baseball, and even dropped from space.

350$ for a quad core + HD screen + 8 MPX + gets the Android updates before everyone else for the next 2-3 years ? A big YES.
But just like jomarr, they sell it at 500-600 euro in my country

You should reread the OP.
Best phone =/= Phone that offer the best value (which is the subject of the topic).
The Nokia is like as twice as expensive as the Nexus WITHOUT contract.

the Nexus brand is a collaborative effort between Google and manufacturers
Yes the phone itself is in par with I phone 5 in performance and in par (spec wise) with 4th quarter flagship android releases. For a unsubsidized phone.. You really can't go wrong with one.
Personally LG isn't in my consideration but the phone might be for you. Also the whole missing Lte thing was my only gripe. To answer your question yes the Nexus 4 hands down wins in value. The best bang for your buck.

Yes, I don't see why there aren't any other flagship phones in this price range (unsubsidized).
I don't understand how these phones cost more than tablets, sometimes more than twice as much.

Sis. He said, best overall budget value. Nokia is great and the Lumia 920 is beautiful but it's still way more than the Nexus ON contract. And it runs Windows Phone 8, so you have to deal with a skimpy app selection.

Nexus 4 is the newest Google Phone. And even after they release the next Nexus device, it will still receive the newest update before any of the phones on any carrier. Nexus devices are supported with direct updates from Google for 2 - 3 years. They have the best developer community, hands down too. I've had the Galaxy Nexus since December 2011, and I've been rocking Android 4.2 Jelly Bean since a few days after its official release.
If you're buying Android, you really can't get better than a Nexus if you're looking for the phone with the best support and most recent updates. And with Nexus 4, it is now the most affordable phone as well. I just don't like how LG left out LTE, copy-pasted the Galaxy Nexus design and stuck that tacky-ass club bathroom floor tile on the back. If y'all gonna try to feed me another Galaxy Nexus, then Ima just wait for Nexus 2013 tbh.

I wouldn't say so because of the lack of customer service and the reason that there's still problems that Google has yet to even speak on. Hopefully they have a phone customer service in line and a more ironed out device next year.
