I thought Marry The Night was going to be a Top 10 hit, not a Bad Romance or even a Born This Way, but at least some Yoü And I - Paparazzi kind of success. In the other hand, I knew Warrior wasn't going to be a big seller since Ke$ha is just a generic artist single, but with Die Young slaying in the charts I thought that it would sell at least 600k worldiwde in its first month.
MTN, I guess. Eh i never really believed in Revolu$hun tbh. Kesha doesn't have a huge fanbase so that flop wasn't that shocking. But I guess it's never fair to compare a flop single to a flop album
I thought they would both flop but I have to say that I am slightly more surprised by Ke$ha. Coming from Tik Tok, she should've been able to sell at least 1m WW.
I really didn't think Warrior was gonna flop. I thought it was gonna be on Animal's level, if not better. She should've done more promo and should've released the album after a second single that wasn't C'Mon. Oh well.
Don't hate me animals...but Marry The Night
Ke$ha never was an album seller, that's true, but it wasn't that shocking cause RCA didn't help her to get promo + released it in a bad time.
Gaga had just Top 10 singles in the US and then Marry The Night barely made the Top 30 when it sounded like a smash.
i was shocked by both... mtn was a decent song with a lot of promo .. i thought it would go top 10 for sure .but i was shocked and by wariors numbers but then i realised that kesha was not an album seller ..so i choose mtn
