Will Justin Bieber surpass Gaga as the most followed person on Twitter this year?

Britney Spears dethroned Ashton Kutcher a few years ago as the most followed person on Twitter.
Gaga later went on to dethrone Britney from the top spot. This year Justin Bieber seems to be on track to surpass gaga on the social network.

So will Justin Bieber surpass Gaga's number of followers in 2013?
Ps. Rihanna is gaining pretty fast, will she be able to take the top spot?
