It IS NOT easy to film a movie based in such a long book, especially with all that faniacs (maniac fans) of HP, but you have to consider that it was a hard work, and, even though it does not tells all the facts in the book, if it would, it would be a fifteen hours movie, to say the least.

Many generalisations there.
It is not an excellent book for filming because it's embedded in a series that has tons of detail and continuation. What the film managed to keep was the darkness, something that was already set up for it in the past two films and hence the technical crews knew what they were doing. Sure it's not easy to film long stories, but that doesn't mean they have to move at break neck speed and literally have to fast forward scenes including powerful ones to fit them in. It doesn't need to tell all the details of the book but it needs to be coherent and cohesive, and if it's going to bring characters other than the main ones it needs to say why other then in confusing and quick scenes. It wouldn't be 15 hours, have you not seen epics and mini epics before that get miles of story in, between 2.5-4 hours max?
