The 22nd Amendment won't be touched in our lifetime or our children's lifetime (or probably ever). A repeal of it would allow for a fascist regime to be a possibility.

How....?

That'd require Americans to consistently vote a Fascist President into office every 4 years, whilst completely ignoring the other candidate.
The only way no term limits could turn into a dictatorship would be if he also banned opposing parties and/or elections, and if he was planning on doing that I'm fairly sure it'd be much easier to do that within his first two terms rather than risk rerelection and possible failure for a 3rd or beyond. I mean, the Weimar Republic became Nazi Germany less than a month after Hitler was elected, he was hardly breaking term records there.
