I just don't see it as being racist.. would it be racist if he had said **** an Asian (assuming he is white)? or if a black member said **** a white guy? I don't see why it is racist. Maybe a little bit offensive but no more so than posting multiple gifs of a girl being wrapped in duct tape and put in a suitcase
