1. Craigslist - Mostly for smaller stores that need help, they respond much faster and hire quickly. I also look for some office jobs that are willing to train. It comes with very little results but you just have to know where to go.
2. Online Websites like snagajob, Monster, ETC.
3. The most effective is just knowing the right people sometimes or know people that know people. I got my last job because my Mom was friends with the hiring manager of the store I work at. Its never bad to get yourself out there.
