Something like this happened RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. There was this obviously very shy kid sitting by the edge where the closing doors are, listening to his 1st generation iPod. While the door was closing this HS kid suddenly stopped him and asked him for the time. I mean, WTF? So the kid goes look at his watch and BOOM! The guy snatched his iPod right from him. Luckily the door was still open and he went after him and this brave lady just chased him and screamed "Thief! Thief!" It was so surreal. I learned to never expose any of my stuff whenever I'm sitting by the edge. Always keep my stuff guarded.
