Christina's nasty attitude has been noticed and talked about by many celebrities, not just Mary. It's not a surprise that no one is here for her now that she's flopping hard, after all karma is a bitch
Except for the billionth time the general public doesn't care how she treats people. Her career is where it is for lots of reasons and her attitude isn't anywhere near the top of that list.
Mary J didn't lie. She knew because she once had an attitude problem herself but once she changed she got huge success (just look at The Breakthrough's first week sales)

Christina could have been one of the greatest vocalists of our time, now she's a strained joke on stage because she thought she was Ms. Thang and didn't need to listen to anyone advice about how to improve her voice. Look at Beyonce, she grown so much as a vocalist.

Funny since MJB is, or was, known for having a notorious stank attitude. So, she has a lot of nerve. She even admitted on her recent Behind the music how she apologized to everyone she was rude to. It's also funny how she personally invited Xtina to headline her Charity a year ago.
