I think with the tour going to many more places around the world, she has probably gained tons of more fans. if not changed many from fans to monsters, so maybe. and I also think with all the disappointment in the BTW era, everyone who bought BTW will be here for buying ARTPOP, and monsters are craving new music.

I've grown to dislike Gaga recently, but I still love her music.

I'm honestly not sure if she can reach that sales figure that fast. I feel like her popularity has been dwindling this last year. She will still be huge, but I'm not sure if she will be as massive as she was with The Fame Monster and the first half of the Born This Way era.

She's coming off of over-exposure and a really poorly performing last single - if she plays her cards right and makes a SAFE comeback, she has a shot - but its a far cry.

JLo, Ke$ha, and Rihanna toured the world on their last respective headliners but we've seen their album sales.
