I'm not sure... It's probably because she went so high on iTunes.
The thing is, i highly doubt that she will increase a lot in the next few days. The Christmas effect will wear off any time now and the song will most likely decrease on iTunes.

Once radio stations decide which song to pick up again she might already be close from falling out of the top 50 on pop radio so idk

But it seems impossible that the song picks up in radio again
