Both are different on their own way. If you asked me this before I would've said Ceremonials but now that I have listened to both more. They are equally great in a different way.
Ceremonials is a flaw free work of art that should be launched into space so potentially colonies in other galaxies can benefit from it. People prefer Lungs due to the rawness of it, but Ceremonials' consistency and production is just too perfect.
I think some of Lung's songs are completely brilliant and untouchable (Cosmic Love, Blinding, Howl, Rabbit Heart, Swimming), but some of the tracks aren't that great.
Ceremonials is a better collection of work, but Lung's has better highs.
