Xtina! Her albums sold more, went to number 1, and her singles sold when they were 3-5 bucks. She can sing, dance, when she wants, and her talent is unmatched.
These are such different things to compare though. Christina obviously had a prime, from her debut to Back To Basics. Rihanna's prime has been kind of ongoing since A Girl Like Me. Looking at it from that point, Rihanna's prime is bigger. But if you narrowed Rihanna's prime down to three albums as well (I'd probably say the span of Good Girl Gone Bad to Loud), it's more evenly matched.

I say Queen Rih though just because she's been in her prime for years now, and there's no sign of it stopping.
