Well she's bigger than X Factor will ever be anyways. It's not like she doesn't have super-fame to fall back on like Cheryl, she isn't really relevant for anything right now.

Kind of serves him right if "crazy Britney" is what they wanted. He tried to milk her for his own gain, but ended up paying her millions to do absolutely nothing on his show. No-one tries to exploit Britney and gets away with it (except for her managers/parents/etc.)
