Germany charts are based not on how much copies you sold, but how much money you made selling them. So no, it won't chart.
So you're saying that if some big artist sold a exclusive vinyl only single for ~$30, and they sold 800 copies and got $24,000, they would be #1 over an artist who sold 15,000 copies of their $0.99 single?
