Isn't Starships number 5,864 only because that is where it was when it stopped charting.
I'm sure that it is at 6M by now. If so, unless Gangnam style just blows through the roof again then Starships is the #1 WW song from a "rapper"

Yes Nicki stopped there but Mediatraffic for the Year-End only counts how many points a song gained while it was in the Top 40 and so Gangnam Style can really come close to Starships or even overtake it.

Gangnam Style will overtake it. And even if it didn't, Flo Rida would be the #1 rapper, not Nicki.
