ATRL HQ (short for HEADQUARTERS) is where members can go to air their greivances(that means issues) with the system employed by ATRL, ATRL members and ATRL moderators. I will perch here when i WANT, for HOW long i want, and there ain't a damn thing you gonna do about it.
