The alter ego we're discussing is a rarely mentioned subject. It was only mentioned extremely briefly in the note a fan wrote today giving us some ARTPOP information, but because everyone associates "Morgana" with Lina, people got confused. I found someone post on GGD saying it referred to Morgana Devacelli, an alter ego who is the brunette on the EP cover of The Fame Monster. She was allegedly created in a story Gaga once wrote, and that's all we know of her. The earliest mention we can unearth so far is a fan's Tumblr post dating to September that's simply an image with "Morgana Devacelli - Alter-Ego" written below it. There's otherwise no information whatsoever yet, and I'm guessing there never will be. Since the name connects with Lina and the imagery is dark, this will probably remain a fun and interesting little mystery in the Gaga fandom.
