Lights is very... light, with influences of indie pop... It's not heavy EDM either.
And as far as House music goes, WFL is as light and pop-friendly as it can be.
Unique pop music though? I'm not discrediting Gaga at all, because she's a great songwriter, but Gaga's hits (RedOne produced) were were all comprised of musical tropes prominent throughout the Timbaland-era of pop music. RedOne literally stole instrumentals from Timbaland ("Maneater" to "Just Dance," etc.). Indeed, I'd say the castanets in BR were trademark-Timbaland.
Yes, RedOne makes her catchiest hits, but he is by far her least talented producer. And arguably, the worst pop producer currently. We look beyond it because it's Gaga, but his productions really are more basic than anything Luke or Max Martin has ever concocted.
Her best work so far has been with Garibay.

Idk. When the fame and the fame monster arrived I remember a lot of people saying it sounded different and unusual. People were unsure about its commercial succesfulness. Now that that style of music has been playing for the past 5 years and is beggining to fade is when people change the rhetoric about her albums sound. Not crediting gaga solely for the euro dance-pop trend as many pop acts were picking it up. However I distinctly remember when poker face and bad romance people saying 'wtf is this'. Same for boom boom pow and I gotta feeling. There is in an undeniable distinct gaga twist to pop music that makes a lot of her music standout.
As for redone, he pulls his best stuff for gaga. Judas and hair sound little like any of his other work. Dr. Luke isnt much better with him ripping good feelings instrumentals for keshas lead single. Idk which producer is best with gaga. I will say I*hope garibay and redone have minimal work on ARTPOP. Its djws, zedd and madeons time to shine.
