It's definitely not. I mean there are members from India and even Maldives/Mauritius, two relatively small islands found in the Indian Ocean with population less than 1.5M (about 310K and 1.2M respectively).

Cyprus is a small island in the Mediterranean Sea which has a population of around 700k.

yet, there are 3 members from here.
