It sucks that S&S was completely paid dust today on iTunes. Hopefully it starts going back up tomorrow or Thursday.

i know it's so late but i can't believe. she has had 3 album Blackout, Circus, Femme Fatale and she wasn't even nominated for an AMA!!!. that's insane. they seem to give away the nomination and award to crap artists who don't even sell. and just happened to be there.

that's like 8 years of ultimate snubbing.

S&S is too new of a song to benefit from Christmas sales like older hits. It's not that kids "aren't here for the song". As long as airplay keeps steady it will rise once again after the Christmas effect is over.

Boom boom pow. I figured it'd happen. I don't imagine it will "free fall," as it has already shown longevity. Either way, it's benefiting from the sales in general.

Well AMAs do their nominations literally on sales and radio performance. Britney, In The Zone and Circus lucked out due to November releases and the fact her era steam ends 4-5 months after that. Blackout is self explanatory, and despite all personal successes and achievements, Femme Fatale definitely wasn't one of the top competitors of 2011.

She's only been nominated for BOMT and Oops!, both early year releases and she was dominate force throughout the respective years of release.

So it's not really snubbing, just how they work. Brit gotta do better, although that show is nothing prestigious.

she didn't miss 3 platinum albums and multiple top singles without a reason.even a simple pop/rock artist she wasn't nominated. probably they knew she wouldn't be coming so they stopped nominating her.or just limited categories for her to fit in Beyonce, Niki, Rihanna has advantages because their black so they are RnB.
