I don't really drink any kind of tea or coffee so 0
Though I usually drink frappuccino/iced blended coffee but that doesn't need additional sugar so it doesn't count

Depends on where the coffee is from.
If I make it at home, I put 2 teaspoons.
Starbucks, too much too count.
Dunkin' Donuts, 3 or 4 packets.
