I always wondered when you post the banned members list, does the list include every single ATRL member that is banned, or is it more like a cross-section of only the active ATRL members that are banned. If it's all banned ATRL members, then . Because compared to how many members ATRL has, the banned list is not that bad at all -- it's pretty short, considering.
No... If you report a post and you notice it's not getting warned, you have to wait six hours before bringing it up here.

Yes it's all the members who are banned temporarily. There are hundreds of permanently banned accounts.
