No because I've seen some of the more relevant users on atrl with some pretty crappy avis so I'm sure its just the quality of the posts and their personality that makes them relevant?

I'm sure it plays some factor, but mainly it's the quality of your post and where you mainly post. If you're in more than one section, then you're most likely to gain memorability and popularity imo.

It's always nice to see someone with a HQ, cute, avatar, but it doesn't determine relevance.
