Not Canada being paid dust. What kind of flop country? I remember my ex Drama teacher did a lesson on how amazing Canada was and was ENCOURAGING us to move because they 'lack' humans.
I'm Canadian! I really want to go to London to study but that is only to experience new things really. Canada is a great place to study, if I do say so myself. Also, if you're Muslim I do suggest Canada over London because there is more multiculturalism here and less ignorance. Not saying you won't find it here in Canada but I know it is far less than that of London's.
What are you studying in? You should find the University offering the best program in your specific field. Canada is doing very well in the fields of Medicine, Engineering and ICTs.
