Can somebody define illegal downloading? Does it mean that I am illegally downloading when i get albums, songs or videos from filesharing sites like mediafire, hotfile, zippyshare etc?
No. I do because indie albums aren't avaible in my city.
But if you download a song, listen and then delete it, it doesn't count as an illegal download.

No. However, if the government really does that and waste their time trying to find out who downloaded what instead of other important matters, then that tells you something.

If it cost money, and you're not paying for it it's technically illegal downloading.
