If there's an instance where you can't be with your significant other for some reason one night is it weird to sleep on the phone? Like my boyfriend is in Louisiana for Christmas and he called me, refused to get off the phone, and now he's asleep. I'm wide awake hence me making this thread. Is it weird that hearing him breathing is soothing me? Or is it psychotic
No I've listened to my boyfriend sleep on the phone when he was away lol. He'd call me because he couldn't sleep and as soon as we started talking he'd fall asleep and he said it was bc my voice soothed him. Then the sound of him sleeping soothed me.
You'd be surprised how many people do it. I've done it before, countless times. It honestly doesn't mean anything, but it's the thought that counts, I guess. The thought that you'd rather sleep on the phone than hang up on that person. To answer your question, to me, it's not weird at all.
