But the fact that this album was already gonna underperform, then she's lost most radio support and has got literally no promo for a full 2 weeks, is just a mess... :/

DY was pulled though for obvious reasons. They started back playing it & C'mon is already getting 1Mil+ updates and it was the number one added song well before the 7th of Jan.

Her song may have lost heaps of spins but it's not like radio is now against Ke$ha herself. She'll be fine.

Ke$ha is not flopping. You gurls need to calm down. I wanted to smash my keyboard when I saw you guys getting so worried while I was banned. Sure, her album sales are underwhelming, but Die Young went number two and C'Mon is already getting updates. Have faith in K$

The secondhand embarrassment I get from these posts is just...

You seriously dislike an album because it has low sales? And because it's labeled a flop? While that agitates me all on its own, it annoys me even more that you take quality out of the factor.

I judge an album based on how well I like it and how much I enjoy it, not because it has low sales and the ATRL community deems it a "flop"

^ So did I! It sounded amazing.

Loved that. I think I remember you posting something about how your taste in music has changed so much since A + C that you were afraid this new album might not really do it for you, so I'm glad to read that hasn't been the case.

It really is a fantastic album. I love every song just as much as I did on the 4th. Actually, I'm pretty sure I like at least a few of them even more now than I did back then, which isn't something that happens all the time for me. This is just so solid.

Now that I'm listening to DY after the tragedy, you can tell Nate Ruess wrote the chorus. It's very FUN rather Ke$ha.

Warrior has to be the catchiest album of the year, and it is funny as well. I can't help but smile when she sings, "Put your mother f***ing phones up" and her digs at an ex boyfriend. Most of the album is radio friendly and is a real dance, supernatural, and psychedelic affair. Some of the songs do sound verrrrry familiar, but maybe that is because they are so instantly recognizable.

It could be linked to the Will We Ever Run Out of New Music Video and that we like things that sound familiar. I probably listen to the same song only ever so slightly tweaked over many records all day Easily Pleased lol
