i don't know, i guess it's just the way the music is so overly abrasive is why i really like it
the production is kind of Sleater-Kinney's The Woods-y, which makes it even more agressive and loud
also, the cyberpunk themes and the punk influence make them really original and ''hip'' i guess, especially in hip-hop
and the fiona apple snubs are ridiculous
it's weird how most major publications aren't afraid to talk about how good an album by a female musician is, but wouldn't even dare to compare it to albums made by men

This is very good for her critical acclaim. I was pretty sure that Frank would be #1 but I was 100% sure he and Kendrick would share the top 2 so I'm not that surprised Frank didn't win.
