You're making two different allegations.

As to the first, no proof shows whether sexuality is more biology or environment, but evidence so far suggests the former.

As to the second, yes people can be exclusively gay or straight; it's likely rather rare but not impossible.

You are born gay/straight. My twin brother is straight and I'm gay...We grew up in the same environment...How do you explain that?

I don't know, really. I am not exactly too sure if I could "love" a girl. I have nothing to base it on as I don't think I have ever loved anyone (in a romantic sense), but I just can not see myself being in love with a girl.

Of course you're born this way...and it's great that you like both genders...but I think you can't generalize that idea and say that everyone is attracted to men and women.

I believe more in that spectrum theory and the everyone falls along this spectrum of being attracted to either the same or opposite sex. Some people are pretty much all the way to 1 side, and some are in the middle. i think we are born with a preset area along said spectrum, but that there are things that can move it one way or the other. But I don't think you could ever have someone who is born all the way to 1 side somehow move all the way to the other side due to "environmental factors".

I remember having crushes on guys as far back as pre-school. At that age, I didn't even know what straight or gay was, I just knew I had crushes on other boys. I've never been attracted to a girl on any level other than friendship. Honestly, the thought of having sex with a girl is weird (and kind of gross) to me. There is absolutely NO DESIRE. At all. So, you saying that no one is fully into guys or fully into girls is inaccurate because I am into guys, and guys only. I'm not being stubborn, it's just a fact. I've tried to be attracted to girls, it just doesn't work.

How about you let other people live their life however they see fit and stop trying to force everybody into your narrow minded box of how you think the world works? If a person likes only guys, only girls, both, I don't give a crap. If they say they're one thing, then accept it and move on. Other peoples lives really aren't your business to dissect and judge.

I think it's case by case. Like a condom, you can't fit everyone in the same glove. I still believe both genetics and environmental play a role but to which ever extent either one plays depend on the person.

I only use guys for sex. I would NEVER get into a guy romantically.

Whereas I enjoy Pu-tang AND relationship with a lady.
