I think it's wrong for him to suggest his but remain silent on ways to limit access to certain types of gun and ammunition.

The CT killer used a special type of bullet designed to inflict maximum damage on the victims. He also had high-capacity cartridges that allowed him to fire a large number of bullets before having to reload. Why isn't he talking about banning those?

This won't solve anything. If you take the guns away the problem is still there. If you give more guns away the problem is still there, its a losing battle.

Screw the political parties. Politicians needs to come together as one and really plans this; not settle with a knee-jerk reaction.

Americans have been smuggling drugs and weapons from Mexico and other 3rd World countries for decades anyways. Guns are not going anywhere, at least not anytime soon.

When you hear these mass murders the guns are always legally bought and many of the weapons the cartel uses are American bought. I don't think you have the flow of guns right.
