No, she was not. Olivia is gorgeous overall and possesses better facial beauty than Philippines.
The only thing Janine was better was on the interview segment, and Olivia fared very good as well.
The winner is not only based on the final answer, hence why Venezuela is second runner-up.

I agree that Olivia is better-looking than Janine, but she did not "fare well"in the interview and her walk was not good.

No bias aside. I swore it will be a close fight between Venezuela and Philippines.
I did not expect US to be in the top 3 at all.

She fared okay though, and so did Janine on the evening gown competition.

No she deserved it... The only contestant that was robbed in recent time was Ms. Jamaica vs Ms Mexico in 2010

IMO, USA won because of the whole sentimental factor of the recent shootings. Philippines had the best answer I thought it wasn't even a competition after that.
