Nothing goes into those listings they do but #1 = 100 pts; #100 = 1 pt. So only longevity matters, and "TTWE" had better longevity than "Toxic".. though of course it has an advantage over how the chart ran in 2003/2004 for Pop singles.

They're all just based on the inverse point system they used to do the Year-End charts with, before digital sales and now streaming came along. But they keep it for the cute little B'Day lists or whatever.
